E-Factor Engineering, Incorporated

E-Factor Engineering is a mechanical engineering design firm incorporated in Vancouver, B.C. in 2005. The company specializes in designing and optimizing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, and multi-residential buildings. Services include full design from concept through construction, commissioning, documentation, and post-project services. The firm has completed hundreds of mechanical, controls, lighting, and power factor correction projects in new and retrofit applications.

Beyond project design, E-Factor has developed E-Tracker, a proprietary database for utility energy and water monitoring. The system currently tracks over 1,000 utility accounts and provides remote analysis and reporting of corporate energy use.
