Eleva Strum School District

Cardinal Manufacturing is a manufacturing education program within Eleva Strum School District in Wisconsin. Operating as a company within the school, it provides students with hands-on experience in manufacturing while completing a year-long, two-credit course. The program accepts repair jobs and custom machining projects for local individuals and businesses, as well as clients outside the immediate area.

Admission requires submission of a resume, project portfolio, and letter of recommendation. Accepted students are assigned specific roles within the operation and receive profit-sharing compensation based on hours worked, with the majority of earnings reinvested in materials, equipment, and facility improvements.
