These compact dwellings, typically 500 to 1,200 square feet, provide independent living spaces with kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. They serve multiple purposes, including rental income generation, multi-generational housing, or private workspaces while maximizing property potential.

The company handles the complete process from design through construction, serving homeowners in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas. Simply Laneways is led by owner and project manager Yaad, who brings over 25 years of construction experience, and owner and estimator Karli, a Building Technologist with extensive background in design and project management.
