Founded in 1996 as an expansion of The Tipton Group, Inc., the company has completed over 150 construction projects totaling more than $40 million, including ground-up development, retrofits, tenant improvements, and interior renovations for retail, office, healthcare, education, and industrial properties. Tipton Construction also offers construction management services on a fee basis, providing owners with experienced oversight for planning, coordination, and project delivery. The company's office is located along the I-75 corridor between Cincinnati and Dayton.
