Willow Deep Studio

Willow Deep Studio, located outside Rosendale in Cottekill, offers gilding, sign painting, stained glass work, and decorative arts services. The studio's proprietor, Brenna, trained in historic preservation and restoration in Oregon, then worked as a technician at stained glass and decorative arts studios in Brooklyn and Harlem before establishing her Hudson Valley business. She is a member of the Society of Gilders and the American Glass Guild.

The studio specializes in applying centuries-old traditional crafting techniques to contemporary work. Projects combine historic methods with modern design inspiration drawn from patterns, color palettes, and visual sources ranging from historic architecture to nature. Both stained glass and gold leaf applications are executed for durability, with proper application and care yielding finishes intended to last over a hundred years.
